Return & Refund Policy

These policies apply to orders placed on Medilife Online for homeopathic medicines, cosmetics, and related products sold by Medilife Impex Pvt. Ltd.

Returns

• Return requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, with the invoice or order details available.
• To request a return, contact our customer support team at +91 82370 69077 with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Our team will confirm whether the product is eligible for return and share the return instructions.
• Please do not send any product back before confirmation from our team.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Products with broken or tampered seals, missing labels, missing packaging, or damage caused after delivery.
• Return requests made after 7 days from delivery.
• Products without order proof or invoice details.

Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Please share your order number and clear photos or videos of the package and product.
• After checking the issue, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product where available.
• If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or another suitable solution by mutual agreement.

Refunds

• Once an eligible returned product is received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
• Shipping charges may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by a wrong, damaged, or leaking product being sent from our side.

Cancellations

• You may request cancellation within 1 day of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
• To cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
• If the order has already been shipped, the return and refund policy above will apply.
