This return policy applies to orders delivered in India through Medilife Online for homeopathic medicines, cosmetics, and related products sold by Medilife Impex Pvt. Ltd.
Returns
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Return requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be new, unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, with the invoice or order details available.
- To request a return, contact our customer support team at +91 82370 69077 with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm whether the product is eligible for return and share the return instructions.
- Approved returns must be sent back by post or courier using the instructions shared by our support team.
- For approved returns, Medilife will provide a free return label that can be downloaded and printed.
- Please do not send any product back before confirmation from our team.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for eligible products.
- If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please share your order number and clear photos or videos of the package and product.
- After checking the issue, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product where available.
- If a replacement or exchange is not available, we will offer a refund or another suitable solution by mutual agreement.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products with broken or tampered seals, missing labels, missing packaging, or damage caused after delivery.
- Return requests made after 7 days from delivery.
- Products without order proof or invoice details.
Fees
- We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
- For approved returns, the downloadable and printable return label is provided free of charge.
Refunds
- Once an eligible returned product is received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
Cancellations
- You may request cancellation within 1 day of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been shipped, the return and refund policy above will apply.
