Medilife Five Phos Tonic

Composition:

Calc Phos 6 0.5%, Ferrum Phos 6 – 0.5%, Kali Phos 6 0.5%, Magnesia Phos 6 0.5%, Natrum Phos 6 0.5%, Alfalfa Q 2.0%, Avena Sativa Q 2%,Withania Somnifera Q 2.0%, Excipient q.s. Alcohol Content less than 10% v/v.

Indications:

Useful in anaemia, GIT problems, For proper dentition & Rickets in infants, Useful in pregnancy & lactation, provides necessary nutrition to nerves and bones.

Doses : 

Adults : 1 Tablespoon (15ml) half an hour before meals or at bed time.

Children : 1 Teaspoon (5ml)  half an hour before meals or at bed time. 

or as directed by the physician.
