Medilife Five Phos Tonic

Composition:

Calc Phos 6 – 0.5%, Ferrum Phos 6 – 0.5%, Kali Phos 6 – 0.5%, Magnesia Phos 6 -0.5%, Natrum Phos 6 – 0.5%, Alfalfa Q 2%, Ashwagandha Q 2%, Avena Sativa Q 2%, Excipient q.s., Alcohol Content less than 10% v/v.

Indications:

Useful in anaemia, GIT problems, For proper dentition & Rickets in infants, Useful in pregnancy & lactation, provides necessary nutrition to nerves, brain and bones.

Doses : 

Adults : 1 Tablespoon half an hour before meals & at bed time.

Children : 1 Teaspoon half an hour before meals & at bed time. or as directed by the physician.

Use before  60 months from date of mfg
