These terms and conditions govern your use of the website medilifeonline.shop and your purchase of homoeopathic medicines and herbal cosmetics offered by Medilife Impex Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our Website and purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

1. Product Information and Disclaimer:

– The information provided on the Website, including product descriptions, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional before using any Products.
– The efficacy and results of the Products may vary from individual to individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

2. Product Purchase and Availability:

– By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
– Orders are subject to acceptance. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a reasonable cause, such as stock unavailability, failed payment, an address we cannot serve or a legal restriction. We will not cancel an accepted order without reasonable cause, such as inability to fulfil it, a legal prohibition or substantiated payment fraud. We will communicate the reason and refund amounts paid for any cancelled goods and the associated undelivered shipping under our Return & Refund Policy. We do not substitute products without your agreement. Your statutory remedies remain available.
– Product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but there may be instances where a Product is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. In such cases, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment:

– Prices are in Indian rupees. Price changes apply to future orders; we do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your express agreement.

Payment for Products is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment methods, security and help

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. You can use the eligible credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, UPI and wallets displayed in its payment window. Availability can depend on your bank and payment method.

Payment security: Our store uses HTTPS. Enter payment credentials only in the Razorpay or bank/payment-app payment flow. Never send your card PIN, CVV, account password or OTP to Medilife support. See Razorpay’s security information.

Prices and fees: Product prices include applicable taxes. The checkout shows the products, applicable delivery charges, tax information and order total before you place the order. Medilife does not add a separate payment-method fee in the store checkout. Any separate charge from your bank or payment provider is governed by that provider’s terms; check the amount shown before authorising payment.

One-time payments: Purchases through this checkout do not create a subscription or recurring-payment mandate, so there is no recurring payment to cancel with Medilife. If you see an unexpected recurring debit, contact your bank or payment app to identify and cancel the mandate and contact Razorpay support where relevant.

Payment support: For order or refund help, email sales@medilifeonline.in or call +91 8237069077. For payment-processing issues, contact Razorpay customer support. Share your order/payment reference, date and amount, without sharing payment credentials.

Disputes and chargebacks: You may contact your card issuer or bank about an eligible card-payment dispute or chargeback. For UPI or wallet payments, use the relevant payment app or bank’s dispute process. Eligibility, evidence and deadlines depend on the payment method and provider; a refund or chargeback is not guaranteed. You do not have to wait for Medilife’s reply before reporting an unauthorised payment or meeting your provider’s dispute deadline. These options do not restrict the remedies in our Return & Refund Policy or your statutory rights.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

– We will make reasonable efforts to ship the ordered Products to the provided address within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
– The risk of loss and title for the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy promptly. This does not limit your statutory rights, including for defects discovered later.

5. Returns and Refunds:

– We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. For defective, damaged, wrong or misdescribed Products, you may request a return and refund, or a replacement if you prefer. Change-of-mind conditions do not limit these statutory rights.

6. Intellectual Property:

– All content on the Website, including text, images, trademarks, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

– Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective products, deficient services, misleading representations, product liability, fraud or negligence. Any claim and any legally available limitation or defence will be considered under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not conditional on accepting a replacement or store credit.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

– These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over ordinary civil disputes. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent Consumer Commission, including where you reside or personally work for gain, or any other statutory forum.

9. Modifications and Termination:

– We may update these Terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.
