Abroma AQ0.05ml, Cephalandra Indica Q 0.10 ml Acid Phos Q 0.15ml, Gymnema Q0.09ml, Sabal Ser. – Q 0.05ml, Syzygium J Q 0.25 ml, Excipient q.s. Alcohol content : 8.64%v/v.

Indications:

Helps maintain sugar level in blood / urine.

Doses :

1 tablespoon 3 times a day. Or as directed by the physician. 

Use before  60 months from date of mfg
